Cabal Online – Episode 33 – 03rd, 10th, 17th, 18th August 2022 Patch Notes

This is the combination of patch notes for several patches of Episode 33, including: 03rd, 10th, 17th, 18th August 2022.

1. Fix bugs:

  • Fixed bug that the Gauge is displayed abnormally (value is not increased) when multiple characters attack the Temple of Purification.
  • Fixed bug that Force Tower was located in wrong position which could hit abnormally.
  • Fixed the direction of the Force Tower – Attack and Force Tower – Resurrection.
  • Fixed bug that achievements were not counted for destroying the Sage’s Ensign in Ingens Proelium.

2. Changes and Improvements

  • Change the % filling up into the Gauge when players capture the Snake Watcher spots.
    • Lower the % filling up into the Centre Sanctuary Gauge
  • Improve the Snake Watcher visual effect.

3. Adjust the Mission War Schedule

  • The Mission War schedule is set as below, it might be changed in the future

1. Fixed the bug that information between the summary of “Benefit UI” and detailed information in related tabs did not match

  • Benefits from titles were not displayed
  • Benefits from Guild Dungeon Buff and Infinite Trial Buff were not displayed
    • Those are now displayed under the “Periodical Benefits”

2. Fixed the bug that shows the DP Rewards from some dungeons were not correct

  • Drifting Bottle: Mirage Island Entry Item
    • DP: 10 -> 13
  • Contaminated Cactus: Garden of Dust Entry Item
    • DP: 10 -> 11

3. Changes to “Infinite Trial”

  • Difficulty Adjustment
    • Slightly lowered the stats of monsters
      • Target: Monsters in stages
      • Stats: HP, Defense, Attack, Penetration
    • Slightly increased the stats that increase based on dungeon progress
      • Target: Monsters in stages
      • Stats: HP, Defense, Attack, Penetration
  • Change the duration for ownership of Entry Item for Infinite Trial
    • Old: 10 hours
    • New: 14 days
  • Fixed bug that caused the “Rising Will” buff icon covered the Mission War score

4. Changes related to Drei Frame and Lycanus extraction

  • Add the Luminous Fragment into the result of extraction
    • 100% chance to get 25x Luminous Fragment (character-binding) on extraction.
  • Adjust the chance of generating Core while extraction (Lycanus Core / Drei-Frame Core).

1. Changes to Ingens Proelium

  • Reduced the appearance of Watcher’s Sanctuary
  • Increase the Attack Score obtained while attacking the Temple of Purification
  • Changes related to Centre Sanctuary and Lower Sanctuary Gauge UI
  • Add the BGM

2. Added field name when entering the Mission War Battlefield and Mission War Lobby

3. Addition and Change of Combat Power for Mission Wars

1. Adjust the difficulty of “Infinite Trial”

  • Slightly lowered the stats of early stages (rounds).
  • Slightly lowered the chance for spawning boss.
  • Improved some buffs that can be selected at stage completion.

2. Adjust the change of generating missions related to “Force Gem”

  • Removed the missions that related with using Force Gem that gives less than 300 points.
  • Slightly increased the chance of generating mission that related with using Force Gem that gives 300 points or higher.

3. Slightly increased the chance of high-point missions to be generated if players use Force Gem to forcefully reset a mission in Mission Festival UI.

1. Fixed the bug that some stats were applied abnormally while a Force Blader at OLV 100 use the skill Field of Enervation

2. Corrected some texts in the tooltip of Infinite Trial entry item “Scroll of Trials”

1. Fixed the bug that caused chats from characters who are in the blocklist can still display on the chat box.

2. Change the stats of 3rd Advent Skill slot for “Force Wing: Unique”

  • Change “Crit Rate” into “Ignore Resist Crit. Rate”

1. Fixed the error that characters are inside the “Desert Bush” area still get the damage-over-time.

2. Changes / Additions for the Bringer & Guardian skills

  • Bringer Exclusive skill: “Massive Thrust”
    • Only applicable for War Bringer
    • Skill Info:
      • Big Area Debuff Skill
      • Area: 8
      • Debuff Stats:
        • Suppression -200
        • Defense -200
        • Evasion -100
      • Duration: 2s
      • Cast Time: 1s
      • Cooldown: 600s
    • Only applicable in Ingens Proelium
  • Change of “Signum Assault” skill
    • Change from Bringer-exclusive to Guardian-exclusive
    • Skill stats is the same as before
      • Movement Speed: +450
      • Duration: 10s
      • Cooldown: 120s
    • Only applicable in Ingens Proelium
    • Not allow overlapping with:
      • Intuition (Blader)
      • Spirit Walk (Force Archer)
      • Hitman (BM3 – Force Gunner)

3. Added PvE content for the “Watcher’s Sanctuary”

  • Watcher’s Agent
    • When a nation successfully occupies the Central Sanctuary, the “Watcher’s Agent” will be spawned in front of the gate belong to the opposite nation.
    • A broadcast will be made and displayed on the screen.
    • A timer will be shown for representing allowed duration to fight back the “Watcher’s Agent”.
    • Fight duration is 03 minutes, this is called as “Watcher’s Agent Raid”.
      • Only members of the nation which occupied the Central Sanctuary can kill the “Watcher’s Agent”
    • If the opposite nation occupies the Central Sanctuary during the fight (during that 03 minutes), the “Watcher’s Agent” will be despawned (for the previous nation) and then spawned again (for the nation which has just occupied the Central Sanctuary).
  • Raid Success / Failure
    • The “Watcher’s Agent Raid” is counted as successful if your nation killed the Watcher’s Agent within the time (03 minutes).
    • The Raid is counted as failed if:
      • Your nation cannot kill the Watcher’s Agent within the time.
      • Opposite nation occupies the Central Sanctuary during the time.
    • Remember that: Only members of the nation which occupied the Central Sanctuary can kill the “Watcher’s Agent”
  • Reward of Successful Raid
    • Personal contribution point will be counted when you attack / defense against the “Watcher’s Agent”.
    • If your character acquired enough point, passed the minimum contribution, your character will earn reward.
    • You can receive multiple rewards if all these conditions matched:
      • Your nation occupies the Central Sanctuary.
      • Your nation successfully kills the “Watcher’s Agent” all the time.
      • Your character scored more than the minimum contribution.
    • Character that does the last hit on the “Watcher’s Agent” will get additional reward.
    • Rewards
      • Watcher’s Reward – Low / Medium / High.
      • Rewards are sent via Event Inventory, with period of 03 days for receiving.
      • Total Kill Count = A + B
        • A: How many times you meet the set of these criteria:
          • Your nation occupies the Central Sanctuary.
          • Your nation successfully kills the “Watcher’s Agent” all the time.
          • Your character scored more than the minimum contribution.
        • B: How many times you do the last hit on the “Watcher’s Agent”?

4. Add “Ingens Proelium Completion Reward”

  • Watcher’s Agent Raid Reward:
    • Given based on total Kill Count (refer to above image for detailed calculation and example).
    • Reward Item: Watcher’s Reward – Low / Medium / High
    • Output:
      • New Material Items for Collection (all are trade-able):
        • Watcher’s Joy
        • Watcher’s Grace
        • Watcher’s Divinity
      • New Potions (all are trade-able):
        • Warrior’s Defense Potion
        • Warrior’s Attack Potion
  • Temple of Purification Destruction Reward:
    • If the “Temple of Purification” in Lower Sanctuary got destroyed, characters who participate in the destruction will get reward.
    • If character does the last hit on the “Temple of Purification”, the character will get extra reward.
    • Reward Items: Temple’s Crystal Box – Low / Medium / High
      • Rewards are sent via Event Inventory, with period of 03 days for receiving.
    • Output:
      • New Material Items for Collection (all are trade-able):
        • Temple’s Crystal – Low
        • Temple’s Crystal – Medium
        • Temple’s Crystal – High
      • New Potions (all are trade-able):
        • Warrior’s Defense Potion
        • Warrior’s Attack Potion
  • Rewards for killing players of opposite nation:
    • Reward will be granted based on number of opposite nation kills.
    • Reward Items: Warrior’s Soul Stone Chest – Low / Medium / High
      • Rewards are sent via Event Inventory, with period of 03 days for receiving.
    • Output:
      • New Material Items for Collection (all are character-binding):
        • Warrior’s Soul Stone – Low
        • Warrior’s Soul Stone – High
      • New Potions (all are trade-able):
        • Warrior’s Defense Potion
        • Warrior’s Attack Potion

5. Add new Potions

  • Warrior’s Defense Potion
    • Duration: 1 min
    • Cooldown: 1s
    • Stats:
      • PvE Defense +1,000
      • PvE DMG Reduce +200
      • PvE Ignore Penetration +150
  • Warrior’s Attack Potion
    • Duration: 1 min
    • Cooldown: 1s
    • Stats:
      • PvE All Skill Amp. +20%
      • PvE All Attack Up +150
      • PvE Ignore Res. Crit. Rate +3%

6. Add Mission Wars Collection

  • Added New Mission War Collections into Special tab of Collection UI.
  • New material items:

7. Others

  • Slightly increase Defense of Nation Gate at the Watcher’s Sanctuary.
  • Add the respawn timer effect (showing as white circle effect on the ground) at the Temple of Purification
  • Add the progress broadcast
    • Broadcast at 50% and 80% when occupying Central Sanctuary
    • Broadcast when Temple of Purification HP reaches 50% and 20%

1. Dungeon Entrance UI

  • Display Dungeon Information instead of Dungeon Story:
    • Dungeon Story can be viewed by moving mouse over the dungeon name in the list.
    • Display the Dungeon Information:
      • Estimated Required Combat Power
      • Reward DP
      • BP to generate Guild Treasure
      • Required Level
      • Required BSLv
      • Maximum Number of Participants
  • Display the Dungeon Entry Item:
    • Item Name
    • Item Image
      • Able to move the mouse on to read item info tooltip
    • Item Available Count: How many entry items do you have in your inventory.

2. Dungeon Information UI

  • Categorise dungeons based on type and show in tabs.
  • Show the current DP / max DP and reset time.
  • Show the Dungeon Information of the selected dungeon.
    • Show the Dungeon Information and Dungeon Entry Item: Similar like the Dungeon Entrance UI.
  • Features that will be updated soon:
    • Display the location of Entrance in GPS UI.
    • Display the Dungeon of the Day.
    • A button to show the current remaining Play Time of the selected dungeon.
