Blended Rune can be crafted using multiple Essence Runes / Blended Runes and Cores.
Once learned, the Blended Rune will be registered automatically. There is no leveling progress like Essence Rune.
Blended Rune activates randomly when character hits.
The crafting task can be done via NPC Rune Agent Flasha – Bloody Ice.
To craft a Blended Rune, it’s quite easy as you just have enough material and then craft it.
Success Rate of crafting Blended Rune is 50%.

Learning Blended Rune is easy by right-clicking on the Blended Rune. If the Blended Rune hasn’t been learned yet, it will be automatically registered.
Moving mouse point over the Blended Rune will show the stats, learning cost, activation condition.
A separated tab in “Soul Ability” UI is designed only for Blended Rune.
Blended Rune gets activated randomly when character hits, the longer cast skill gives higher chance of activation based on the original activation rate.
Display of Blended Rune activation:
As the activator: When the Blended Rune gets activated, blue text will be shown at the top-centre area of the screen.
If the character who hits your character gets Blended Rune activated, the text is also shown at the top-centre area of the screen but with red colour.
Learning Blended Rune requires Cores and AP.
There are 03 different of Targets:
Monster:
The Blended Rune effect can be activated only if the target is a Monster.
The Effect is applied on the hit that your character hits the Monster.
Character:
The Blended Rune effect can be activated only if the target is a Character.
The Effect is applied on the hit that your character hits the Character.
Self:
The Blended Rune effect can be activated regardless of the target (can be monster / character).
The Effect is applied on your character itself.
By default your character has 03 slots for learning Blended Runes.
Additional Blended Rune can be learned by extending the limit with “Rune Slot Extender – Blended”, the item is sold by NPC Keller – Core Alchemist – Bloody Ice.
