A new Road Map is coming out soon?!

What’s a Road Map?

It could be a small post from developer, showing what will be available in the incoming months or for first half of 2019, or even longer… Previously, in 2012, developers made the Cabal Global Camp where they invited lots of players all around the world for a special event. During the Global Camp, they also provided a special presentation for the Future of Cabal. After that, they never tried to do the long road map anymore, but they do post some small posts over time for showing the incoming change.

Current situation…

So most of Cabal servers are now at either Episode 20, 21 or 22. You can check this page for the latest status of Servers vs. Episodes: https://mrwormy.com/2018/08/31/faq-cabal-servers-vs-episodes/

Mainly, we have 3 types, I grouped them based on the speed they receive new updates:

Group	Episode	Servers
Slow Ring	Episode 20 Part 1 & Part 2	EU/NA/BR/PH
Medium Ring	Episode 22 Part 2	GSP/JP/TW
Fast Ring	Episode 23	KR
Test	Episode 23	KR Test

The last item in the table – “Test” – is the origin of all the contents. KR server is considered as the “Fast” since they are the very first server which receives the update right after Test server. Currently, GSP/JP/TW are graded as Medium by falling back by only one episode. Lastly, the Slow group is now only at Episode 20… this group comes with EU/NA/BR/PH. These statistics were collected by January 2019, so when you read this blog entry, it could be outdated. But based on the last 2-3 updates the same thing happens.

Road map is coming?

February is coming soon, the Lunar New Year for Asian is also coming, and also the Episode 23 (or it could be Episode 23 Part 1) is now with stable status. It’s a good time for a new Road Map post from the developer.

Year 2019 comes with lots of expectation for Cabal players, you can also check the Top 10 We WANT in Cabal for 2019.

Many players are too much HYPED for the New Battle Style, the New Battle Mode or even Cabal Mobile. Lots of information keep approaching us recently…

From my point of view, probably we will have some news with:

• Cabal Online Road Map for first half of 2019
• Leak of Cabal Mobile
• Official release date of Cabal Mobile for Korea market

Recently, on the biggest fan page of Cabal, the G-Report, some players start asking about the incoming updates for Cabal.

Any hopes?

For Slow Ring group (NA/EU/BR/PH) we will (99%) get another combo-update with Episode 21 and 22 together within February 2019. For Medium Ring group (GSP/JP/TW), Episode 23 will be available around April (before summer).

Fast Ring meant KR server, the new patch for Episode 24 won’t be available before the Lunar New Year, as per my prediction. They will start testing Episode 24 after the big holiday (for avoiding any kind of unfortunate critical bugs that they cannot fix during the holiday).

And probably, we will have a clear road map for either first half of 2019 or even full year 2019 coming soon…
