Please find the details of these special enhancement items below:
Item Description for ENCHANT SAFEGUARD KIT:
When carried in the inventory, this item prevents the degradation (upgrade failure penalty) of an item.
Its effect applies automatically upon upgrading items, and is consumed when its effect it activated.
Example:
Upgrade Failure Penalty of [-2] will consume two Safeguard Kits; and the penalty will not be applied in the item being upgraded.
Note:
User must have enough Safeguard Kits in their inventory to avoid upgrade failure penalties.
If a user gets a -2 Upgrade Penalty and only have one Safeguard Kit in the inventory, the penalty will still be applied in the item being upgraded.
