Cabal Online – Episode 33 – Full Patch Notes

It’s a huge update, with various renewal and additions. The patch notes took me 4 days to complete 😱 But I think it is worth with very detailed information and visual image for each content. Cheers~

• Force Wing UI is updated:
  • [1] UI tabs, here you can pick between the general information for Force Wing in the 1st tab and Force Wing Training related in the 2nd tab.
  • [2] Force Wing general information:
    • Grade
    • Level
  • [3] Cumulative Stats:
    • HP
    • All Attack
    • Defense
  • [4] Skills
    • Wing Protect
    • Wing Assault
    • Wing Fly is removed along with the update.
      • Removed if the skill is already learned.
      • Removed from NPC Yerte (Scroll Item).
  • [5] Level Up / Rank Up
    • Force Wing EXP Bar
    • Required material for leveling / ranking up
    • Button “Transcend” for ranking up
  • [6] “Arrival Skill” (also known as “Arrival Skill”)
  • [7] Configuration of Wing Appearance.

• Add “Arrival Skill”, at the area [6] of the Force Wing UI, you can get access to “Arrival Skill”.
  • The design is with an angel standing in the middle and 06 slots arranged on both sides according to 06 grades of Force Wing.
  • At the time of Episode 33 is launched, there are maximum 03 available slots in case the character reaches Force Wing grade Unique.

• Arrival Skill UI:

  • [2] Arrival Skill Slots, from top-to-bottom (these are not available at the time of launching Episode 33 update):

  • [3] Summary stats of “Descent: Retribution” skill.
    • Move mouse over to see the summary stats.
    • Stats will be the summary stats from all Arrival Skill Slots.
• Granting options for Arrival Skill slots can be done by clicking on the Arrival Skill slot that you want to assign stats or re-assign stats. An UI will show existing stats (if available) and required material.

• Details of the UI:
  • [1] Existing Stats (if available), including Grade and 02 stats.
  • [2] Required Material and button to perform granting the stats to Arrival Skill Slot.
  • [3] Existing Stats (if available), including Grade and 02 stats.
  • [4] Spending Force Gem x10 allows you to keep the existing stats.

• Skill “Descent: Retribution”:
  • Moving mouse on the big icon of the Arrival Skill [1] in the Force Wing UI to see the summary stats of the skill [2].
  • Stats of the skill are from all 06 Arrival Skill slots on the Force Wing UI.
  • Skill can be found in “Skill UI” and can be registered to quick-slot.
  • Skill properties:
    • Duration: 15 sec
    • Cooldown: 300 sec
    • Casting Time: Instant Cast
    • Casting Cost: Force Essence x2
• Available stats for Arrival Skill based on Arrival Skill Slot:

• “Force Wing Training” Renewal:
  • The Force Wing Training feature got revamped.
  • Force Wing Training can be accessed via 2nd tab of the Force Wing UI.

• Components on the Force Wing Training UI:
  • [1] “Training” tab is the place where you can get to the Force Wing Training UI.
  • [2] Showing the Grade (Rank) and Level of your Force Wing.
  • [3] Preset of Force Wing Training
    • Up to 4 Presets can be extended using Force Gem, to have total 5 Presets.
    • Each preset can have different way of point distribution.
  • [4] Available Training Point.
  • [5] Summary of Force Wing Training Stats, this will be sum of all selected stats in [7] in each and every slots in [6] on the right side of the UI.
  • [6] Consist 12 Force Wing Training Slot {1} to {12}.
    • By selecting a slot from {1} to {12}:
      • In the [7] you can select a specific stats from the available stats.
      • And levelling the stats up in [8].
  • [7] Available stats for the selected slot in [6].
  • [8] Leveling up a stats selected in [7]. This will consume Force Wing Training Point in [4].
• Available Stats per Force Wing Training Slot:

• Dungeon Concept:
  • A solo dungeon with 15 stages, players must try their best to clear as many stages with shortest time as possible.
  • Points will be calculated based on different factors.
• Infinite Trial Season:
  • Season duration is 03 weeks:
    • 02 weeks of Infinite Trial progress.
    • 01 week of distributing reward.
• Entrance:
  • NPC “Javern” – Bloody Ice (X68 Y21)
    • By talking with NPC Javern, the Infinite Trial Lobby UI will be displayed.

• Entry Item:
  • Item Name: Scroll of Trial
  • Available at: NPC Peddler Unon – Bloody Ice
  • Price:
    • 3,000,000 Alz
    • Troglo’s Golden Fruit x30
  • Purchase Limit: 07 per week
  • Ownership Period: 14 days

• Dungeon Stage:
  • Stages are randomly picked:
    • Stage design.
    • Monster spawning pattern (number of monsters, spawning location).
  • On the left side of the screen, a summary table showing in the Progress UI:
    • Current Stage Level.
    • Current Score.
    • Cumulative Buff / Debuff.
  • The faster your character can clear a stage, the higher score will be granted.

• Dungeon Progress:
  • Difficulty of Stages gets increased progressively.
  • Each stage must be cleared within 02 minutes, if character fails to do within 02 minutes, a POWERFUL boss will be spawned and kill the character.
  • If the stage get cleared within the time limit, a summary window will appear on the screen. Player can decide to “Move to Next Stage” or ” Finish Dungeon”
    • “Move to Next Stage” will open the Buff / Debuff UI.
      • There will be 03 random Buff / Debuff picked by the game. From the list you can pick only 01.
      • There is a timer for you to pick the Buff / Debuff. If timer ends before you pick one, the first Buff / Debuff on the left will be picked automatically.
      • The stats of picked Buff / Debuff will be cumulatively added and shown on the right side in the Progress UI.
    • “Finish Dungeon” will end the dungeon.
      • Game will show the “Finish Dungeon” UI, with your progress, score and reward.
  • If the character gets killed or time is ended or connection got dropped:
    • The Infinite Trial will be ended and “Finish Dungeon” UI will be shown.
    • Character cannot re-enter and continue the progress of Infinite Trial.

• Rewards:
  • Ranking:
    • Points are earned by killing monsters, progressing through stages.
    • At the end of a stage, the Final Score can be found.
    • At the end of the Dungeon, the total Final Score can be found. This score will reflect on the Ranking.
    • Ranking is unified for all Battle Styles.
    • In the same accounts, only the highest score between characters will be counted and reflected on the Ranking.
  • Reward:
    • Completion Reward: Will be awarded based on the Final Score.
    • Season Participation Reward: Will be rewarded for all participated characters. Applicable only in the season.
    • Season Ranking Reward: Based on the rank, reward will be given.
• Completion Reward:
  • Token of Trial is given as reward for dungeon completion based on the Final Score.
  • Token of Trial is trade-able.

• Various Items can be purchased from Token’s Shop with Token of Trial.

• Season Participation Reward:
  • Characters who participate the Season, will get exclusive buff. Buff will be applied only for character who participated, and in the season that character participated.

• Season Ranking Reward:
  • Title will be given to character that reaches the certain rank in the Ranking of Infinite Trial.
  • Title will be applied only for character who participated, and in the season that character participated.

• Basic Information:
  • New Mission War: Ingens Proelium.
  • Participants: Up to 100 per nation.
  • Duration:
    • Lobby: 04 minutes
    • War Time: 30 minutes
  • Entry Cost: 1,250,000 Alz
  • Entry Condition: Combat Power 900,000 or higher.
    • Right when your character entered the lobby, a small window will show on the screen, allows you to check the current Combat Power.
    • If any items are not counted for stats calculation, the items will be listed in the list.
    • Only the PvP Combat Power is counted (Yellow Text), not the Additional Combat Power (Green Text).

• Mission War Schedule:

• Mission War: Ingens Proelium Progress:
• Headquarter Areas:
  • At start, the access of Headquarter areas is allowed only for the characters of the same nation.
  • When the Sage’s Ensign got destroyed then nation gates at Force Tower Attack, Headquarter and Centre Sanctuary will be opened.

• Central Sanctuary (Central Sanctum)
  • There are 04 Observers with shape of snake.
  • Players can try to occupy the Central Sanctuary by clicking on the Observers.

• Occupying the Central Sanctuary:
  • Condition:
    • If the Central Sanctuary is fully occupied by the opposite side, then players from your nation can try to occupy the Central Sanctuary.
    • For example, if your nation is Procyon, and Capella has 100% of Central Sanctuary, then:
      • Procyon players can occupy the Central Sanctuary.
      • Capella cannot occupy the Central Sanctuary.
  • Process:
    • [1] Start occupying the Central Sanctuary by clicking on the Observer statue.
    • [2] A confirmation box will be shown to warn you that you cannot do anything during the occupying process.
    • [3] A progress bar will be displayed to show the progress.
    • [4] Characters standing near the Observers will get hit over time.
    • [5] By occupying successfully, the “Central Sanctuary” gauge will fill up. When it is 100%, then your nation will take the control of Central Sanctuary.
  • Result:
    • On success of Central Sanctuary occupation, your nation will get 2,000 points.
    • Characters of the nation which is controlling the Centre Sanctuary get 50% bonus of all points from that time until the nation loses the control.

• Agent of Observer:
  • When a nation occupies the Central Sanctuary fully (100% in the Central Sanctuary gauge), special boss “Agent of Observer” will be spawned near the gate of the opposite nation.
  • Time for defeating the Agent of Observer is 03 minutes, there will be a Timer UI for counting down.
  • Agent of Observer Battle:
    • Only the characters of the nation which controls the Central Sanctuary can attack Agent of Observer.
    • Battle is considered as success, if:
      • Agent of Observer can be killed within the time, Battle is considered as success.
    • Battle is considered as failed, if:
      • Agent of Observer cannot be killed within the time; or
      • Opposite nation occupies the Central Sanctuary during the battle time.
    • There is a Personal Goal Point for the Battle: 500,000 Point is required.
  • Reward:
    • If a character participated the Agent of Observer Battle, Agent of Observer is defeated and reached the Personal Goal Point, character will get 01 reward. This can be repeat.
    • If the character does the last hit on the Agent of Observer, 01 additional reward will be given.

• Lower Sanctuary:
  • [1] There is a gate blocking in the middle of the Lower Sanctuary, so that there is no PvP activities can be done.
  • If the Lower Sanctuary gets destroyed, the gate will be disappeared, and PvP activities can be done until the Lower Sanctuary respawns.
  • By attacking the “Temple of Refinement” [2] the “Lower Sanctuary” gauge fills up.
  • If the “Temple of Refinement” got destroyed, a timer will start and showing on the ground with white colour, “Temple of Refinement” will respawn when timer ends.
  • [3] There are “Guardian of Temple” at the “Lower Sanctuary” area, those will attack players from both nations.

• Temple of Refinement:
  • [1] Temple of Refinement is located at middle of the Lower Sanctuary.
  • [2] If the Temple of Refinement got destroyed, the space will be free to stand on. By destroying the Temple of Refinement, “Lower Sanctuary” gauge will fill up.
  • [3] A white-colour timer will appear on the ground to count down till the respawn of the Temple of Refinement.
  • [4] Gate will be disappeared if the Temple of Refinement gets destroyed, and PvP activities can be done in the area until the timer ends and Temple of Refinement respawns.
  • Once the Temple of Refinement is destroyed:
    • The character who does the last hit will get 300 personal point.
    • The nation of that character get 500 points.
    • A damage buff for Add Damage +2,000 also be granted.
  • Reward:
    • If a character participated the Temple of Refinement Battle, Temple of Refinement is destroyed, character will get 01 reward. This can be repeat.
    • If the character does the last hit on the Temple of Refinement, 01 additional reward will be given.

• Desert Bushes:
  • Players can hide inside the Desert Bushes, by hiding in those area monsters and players from opposite nation cannot target and hit your character.
  • Players from the same nation can still see your character.

• Mission War Completion Reward:
  • The rewards mentioned in the table below are applicable for Ingens Proelium.
  • For other type of Mission War, no changes were applied.

• Additional War Rewards:
  • All new Collection Items are trade-able except these items are character-binding:
    • Fighter’s Soul Stone(Low)
    • Fighter’s Soul Stone(High)
  • Defense Potion of Fighter (trade-able):
    • Duration: 1 min
    • Cooldown: 1 sec
    • Stats:
      • PvE Defense +1,000
      • PvE DMG Reduce +200
      • PvE Ignore Penetration +150
  • Attack Potion of Fighter (trade-able):
    • Duration: 1 min
    • Cooldown: 1 sec
    • Stats:
      • PvE All Skill Amp. +20%
      • PvE All Attack +150
      • PvE Ignore Resist Crit. Rate +3%
  • Number of Kills mentioned in the table below is the number of opposite nation characters that you killed during that Mission War: Ingens Proelium.

• Special Exclusive Buff for Bringer / Guardian inside Ingens Proelium:

• Honor Medal is expanded to “Legend” grade, higher than “Hero”.
• Legend grade is with 12 slots, located on the “Honor Medal” UI below the “Hero” slots (need to use scrollbar to scroll down).
• Slot can be open by spending: Chaos Core x50 and Divine Stone x50.
• Grant Slot Option costs: 100 AP and 50 WEXP.
• Slots of Honor Medal – Legend can be reset using 25 Force Gem.

• Combat Power requirements are added for old Mission War types:
  • Tierra Gloriosa: 700,000
  • Memoria Chrysos: 700,000
• Add the ability to obtain “Luminous Fragment” by destroying Drei-Frame and Lycanus items
  • Target: All Drei-Frame and Lycanus Items
  • On destruction, Luminous Fragment x25 will be generated.
• Changes related to Mission Festival:
  • Remove the Mission with under 300 points that requires Force Gem.
  • Decrease the chance of generating Mission with over 300 points that requires Force Gem.
• Change the “Upgrade Core (Low)” from the quest “Core Upgrade Part 1” to be character binding.
• Fixed bug that cannot use Epic Booster on item with All Attack Up +50.
• Fixed bug that Cooldown of Battle Mode was applied abnormally in some situations.
• Fixed bug related to skill Field of Enervation.
• Fixed bug that Time Reducer cannot be used in certain situations.
• Fixed bug that UI overlapping each other that lead to unable to use some overlapped UIs.
• Fixed bug that caused client disconnection when trying to replace an equipped item that was expired.
• Fixed bug that Wizard cannot use movement skills in Battle Mode 2.
• Fixed bug that EXP cannot be obtain if the total amount of EXP obtained at once is greater than 2,100,000,000 EXP.
• Fixed bug that cause Chakram Slam animation cannot be displayed.
• Fixed bug that video cannot be played in the character creation screen.
• Fixed bug that NPC purchase limit is not reset in certain situation.
• Fixed bug that chat from players who were blocked still get displayed.
• Fixed bug that allowed Arcana with duration can be used in Mission War.
