Cabal US’s GM has posted the first sneek peak of the Next Update in their forum with brand new NAME and BANNER. You can find out more here.

Besides Cabal PH and Cabal SEA have released their own patch notes. But in fact, most of Cabalers are waiting for Cabal US’s notes, since it is managed and ran directly by EST Soft.

You can take a look at PH’s and SEA’s notes while waiting for US’s one 🙂 But remember that : SEA’s and PH’s notes are translated from the INITIAL KR’s notes, and the FINAL notes may be different.
