1. The size of Login / Character selection UI sized abnormally, bug is fixed

2. Fix the bug caused by Trading Item, Receiving quest that caused the abnormal delay

■ Changes

1. Adjust the value of some Epic Options (for Unique Item Only)

Epic Option of items changed based on item grade
Epic Option value adjusted
- Increase :
  - Attack
  - Magic Attack
  - Defense
  - Evasion
  - All Attack Up

2. Raise the damage when the Critical is not available

If the attack is not a Critical Hit, the damage will be raised
