Cabal Mobile – Oct 15th 2019 Patch notes


Dear CABALers, after lots of struggling with doing the translation for Cabal Mobile patch notes, finally, today on Oct 15th 2019, I decided to start working on Cabal Mobile patch notes. Sorry for starting to work on this late, but still, I have to arrange lots of stuff in advance.

Below are the patch notes of October 15th 2019 for Cabal Mobile Korea.

◈ Additional

1. Release the character limit to 189

2. Add related scenarios / general / daily quests for characters between Level 180-189.

3. Add new Mission Field:

  • New mission field: Arcane Trace
  • Required:
    • 180+
    • Character must have a nation, no-nation character cannot enter the mission field
  • Boss
    • Name: Arcane Golem
    • Level: 225
    • Location

4. Add “Battle Mode 3”

  • Acquisition
    • How to acquire?
      • By doing a special quest for BSLV Up, character will get the activation for Battle Mode 3
    • Usage:
      • Available for character at Level 130+
      • Consume 1SP bar (5000 SP) and can be extended
  • Skills
    • Different Skills are available, based on the battle style
    • However there are mainly:
      • Activation Skill
      • Attack A / Attack B
      • Special Attack I / II / III
    • Activation, Attack A / Attack B, Special Attack I: Would be available from quest
    • Special Attack II / III will be able to request
  • Requesting Special Attack II / III
    • Special material Trans Force items are available from NPC Chloe
      • Trans Force II: 20,000,000 Alz
      • Trans Force III: 30,000,000 Alz
    • Recipe for requesting can be found in NPC Chloe at 0 Amity
    • Both recipes have 100% success rate and take 6 seconds for requesting
  • Combo and Special Attack
    • Combo is counted if Attack A / B is consecutively casted every 2 seconds
    • Once 4 times of basic Attack skills (A/B) are casted, Special Attack I can be activated within 4 seconds
  • Synergies
    • Special “Synergy” effect will be casted if character uses a specific sequence of basic Attack skills (A/B)
    • Synergy will be triggered on Special Attack I
    • Synergy can be stacked up to 3 times of either different synergies or same synergies
      • Effect that gives you advantages has the stack value up to 3
      • Effect that gives you disadvantages has the stack value up to 6

      • Core and Alz do not depend on item grade / stats

2. Improvement “Auto” mode

  • Auto attack
    • If the target monster is out of range, character will not auto attack
    • If the target monster is at the same location with character, character will attack without moving
  • Auto move-attack
    • If there is a monster on the movement way, character will attack that monster
  • Quest / Dungeon tracker improvement
    • Improve the quest / dungeon tracking mechanism

3. Improvement for Skill UI / Quick Slot

  • Skill UI
    • Add 4 registerable skill pages
    • Improve “Copy” feature to copy skill between skill pages
    • Add the “Movement” skill edit feature
      • Fade / Dash / Blink only
  • Add “Lock” for Quick Slot
    • Lock all Quick Slot if activated
    • Able to edit Quick Slot if deactivated

4. Improved targeting

  • Add new button for “Change Target”
    • Switch between targets when you click on the button

5. Temporary remove “Special Inventory”

6. Increase defensive values based on Battle Style level

  • Stats: HP / Defense / Damage Reduction
  • Target: All classes
    • Magic Class (Wizard / Force Archer / Force Gunner) has significantly boosted

7. Block megaphone with specific words (profanity filter)

8. Game is automatically paused when received phone / switching to any other apps when character is in dungeon

9. Improve dungeon vision for Altar of Siena B1F, Forbidden Island

1. Fixed the error client got disconnected when character uses “Intuition” in Mission War

2. Fixed bug that game didn’t show “Debuff” for Force Blader skill tooltips

3. Fixed bug that the gate in Tower of the Dead B1F near Bats area didn’t display

[EP13P2] [KR] CABAL Online reveals Amethyst Charm


CABAL Online has revealed a brand-new type of Minesta Charm : Amethyst.

Up until now, this new kind of charm can be obtained as the rare loot from new Boss of Arcane Trace (as you can see Arcane Trace got renewal in Episode 13 Part 1 – Unlimited – can be found here).

Scheduled timing for Awakening Arcane Golem of Rage was now changed, instead of a mass PvP battle, it’s now turned into timing boss (like other uber-bosses such as Minisha, Manticore…)

According to the news source, Amethyst Charm which came from Golem is non-bound item, so players can trade it easily.

Details stats are still not available but the unique stats will boost for Penetration.

More information are coming as soon as possible.

Some people had insisted that the incident occurred because of an earthquake. However, there were others who insisted that the crack was a trace that the Lord of Destruction himself created. As this rumor spread, people had taken to calling the newly formed crack as the “Arcane Trace”. Its origins and creation still remain a mystery.

    Craft System Reformed

    Redesigned Craft System

    – Enabled option to craft weapons, armors and accessories by selecting [Craft] > [Production] in CABAL menu or shortcut key F

    – Removed C.A. Transmuter from the game

    – Extracting is to be only available by the ‘extract button’ on the bottom of the Inventory(I) menu

    – Crafting is enabled from Level 50 up to Forcium grade.

    – There are 38 craftable categories including Craftsman’s Weapon / Armor, Master’s Weapon / Armor, Accessory(Ring / Amulet), and so on

    – Craftsman’s/Master’s Token is needed to register or change a category on any of the 6 craft slots.

    Craft system redesigned based on craft mastery and craft energy

    – Craft Mastery

    • Upon successful craft production, your craft mastery will increase by a certain amount. However, if your craft production fails, your craft mastery will only increase by one. In addition, no points will increase if the crafted item’s level is lower than the character’s craft ability.

    • Players are able to attempt crafting of all items in the category, regardless of their current craft mastery. (The rate of success for crafting, rate of acquiring 2 slots, rate of acquiring craft mastery points depends on the character’s current craft mastery.)

    • Maximum level of craft is 11, and craft level depends on the craft mastery (e.g. 0~999: Level 1 / 4,000~4,999: Level 5)

    • If craft mastery becomes full, then the craft level can be upped by paying a certain amount of Alz

    • Once a player maxes a rank, they are given the ‘+’ option which will level up the current craft rank

    • When you have reached a craft mastery cap, you won’t be able to obtain anymore points unless you choose to level up.

    – Craft Energy

    • Craft energy is consumed whether a player’s craft is successful or a failure.

    • Total craft energy will increase on each craft level up

    • Player’s will acquire 5 points of craft energy every minute automatically, regardless whether they are connected to the game or not.

    • Crafting is impossible when the energy is insufficient

    Craft Request System

    Redesigned the craft system

    – Redesigned the craft system allowing players with materials to craft through the merchant ‘Chloe’

    – Only players 50 or above can request to craft

    Request Procedure

    – To be able to register an item, you must pay a certain amount of Alz to Chloe. In addition, you can also register an item if you have a ‘Chloe’s Token’.

    – Craft amity is required to request higher level items

    – Certain amount of time is required before the request is done

    – Once a request is made, the player will have to wait until the completion time

    • The amount of time required to wait depends on the item. This process can take from a few seconds to hours

    • Once the request is completed, players will be able to receive the item from Chloe.

    – Request also has a rate of success or fail

    • If successful, the item and its quantity requested item will be given.

    • If the request failed, the item and materials will be lost

    – Once requested, the time will continue to progress even if the player enters a dungeon or participates in mission war

    – System message will be displayed once a request is completed

    – A certain amount of craft amity is acquired when requesting an appropriate level of item regardless of whether the request is a success or a failure

    – Players are unable to acquire craft amity if requesting an item of a lower level than the character’s amity level

    • Craftsman accessories are obtained by crafting them directly or by a certain percentage being awarded by an accessory while crafting other items.

A. Narrative
– One day, a huge crack appeared on a broad plain that was rarely visited by anyone. Some people said it happened be cause of the earthquake, and others
insisted that it was the trace by the Lord of the Destruction. Somehow, people started to call this place as Arcane Trace and still it is unknown how this crack had appeared.

– Enable to craft weapon, armor, accessory by selecting [Craft] > [Production] in CABAL menu or shortcut key F
– Crafting is to be enabled from Level 50 up to Mithril grade.
– There are 38 categories including Craftman’s Weapon / Armor, Master’s Weapon / Armor, Accessory(Ring / Amulet), and so on
– Craftsman’s/Master’s Token is needed when register or change the category on each of the 6 craft slots
– Craft system reorganized, based on craft mastery and craft energy

 
1. Craft Mastery
a. Each category has a separate craft mastery and raises differently
b. Certain amount of craft mastery increases when productions are complete , but only 1 point of craft mastery will increase in case of failure.Also, no points will
be increased if the crafted item’s level lower than the character’s craft ability
c. Maximum level of craft is 11, and craft level depends on the craft mastery (0~999: Level 1 / 4,000~4,999: Level 5)
d. d. If craft mastery becomes full, craft level can be upped by paying certain amount of Alz
e. e. When craft mastery is full, it doesn’t increase anymore unless up the craft level

2. Craft Energy
a. Regardless of the success or failure, certain amount of craft energy are consumed upon crafting
b. Total amount of craft energy depends on the craft level. Amount of consumed energy becomes lower when craft level ups
c. 5 points of craft energy recharge severy minute automatically,whether or not connected the game
d. Crafting is impossible when energy is insufficient

B. How to proceed
– Register the item to request, and pay a certain amount of Alz or ‘Chloe’s Token’ to Craft merchant Chole
– Craft amity is required for requesting higher level items
– Certain amount of time is required before the request is done
-Required time depends on the item. It could take few seconds to hours
– When the request is completed, it is able to receive the results from Chloe
– Request also has a rate of success or fail
– In case of success, the item will be made same as the registered number that user requested
– In case of failure, requested items and even the materials will be lost
– The requests keep progressing whether the character plays dungeons or participants mission war or else
– System message appears when the request is finished
